The Nurture Approach, A Parent’s Guide to (compassionately) ending the cycle of generational dieting and finding joy in food is a self-pace course specifically designed with you in mind.
My goal is to help you do your own inner work around food and body image so create a positive home environment free of diet culture for your kids.

Begin to neutralize all foods and incorporate compassionate and neutral language around food and eating
Learn how to balance meals in a non-rigid and non-restrictive way using gentle nutrition
Walk away with new tools to help move you through your challenging body image days
Module 3: Break the cycle and raise a future generation of Intuitive Eaters
By the end of this module, you will:
Enjoy food as a family in a calm and nurturing home
Understand how to handle sweets without feeling like you are restricting your kids
Learn how to create boundaries without restriction
Walk away with a new language so you can talk to your kids about food and their bodies with confidence

Does this include individual coaching with Brittany?
This course is designed to be self-paced and does not include individual 1:1 coaching. If you are looking to dig deeper in your relationship with food, Brittany is accepting new clients.
Is this course for me if I have an eating disorder?
This course should not be taken in place of professional help needed to treat an active eating disorder.
How long will it take to complete this course?
This course is self-paced and can be done at your own speed. There are over 15 videos (5+ hours total), all under 40 minutes. I recommend taking the time to process the information and using the journaling prompts at the end of each section. If you prefer listening to the audio while you do errands or chores around the house, I invite you to do so as well!
Do I have to complete the course by a certain day?
Nope! I designed it as a self-paced course so you can take as much time as you need to go through the content.
How long do I have access for?
You will have access as long as this course is up and running! It will be at least through the end of 2024 (hopefully longer!)
