My Approach
As a Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Counselor, and Body Image Healer my approach is rooted in Intuitive Eating, self-compassion and mindfulness. I work from a trauma- informed, HAES (Health at Every Size) and weight inclusive lens because I truly believe that all bodies are good bodies and deserve love and respect.
My relationship with clients is therapeutic and collaborative. I focus on the whole person, not a number on the scale.
Whether you are coming to me to heal from your eating disorder or disordered eating, work on your relationship with food and body, or learn to eat with ADHD, anxiety or depression, I will always meet you where you are.
I help folks transform their relationship with food by providing them with the necessary tools to break free from diet culture and learn to re-trust their bodies. I help clients go from stuck to empowered, from rigid to flexible and from preoccupied to free.
I approach every client individually, providing guidance and support as you start your own Food Freedom journey.
