My approach when working with clients is highly individualized and person-centered. I meet you where you are and my goal is to provide a supportive space to help you explore your beliefs, thoughts and concerns. It can feel scary to go against the status quo and to leave dieting behind but I will be with you every step of the way. My job is not to convince you to live your life a certain way but rather create the space to help you discover what works best for you and how I can help you achieve it.
Think of me as your supportive coach, guiding you through the challenges and cheering you on along the way. You are the expert of your body.
My work is rooted in Intuitive Eating, mindfulness, self-compassion and self-care. Together, we will unpack all of your food and body image layers and repair the ruptures that have occurred so you can begin to heal in your relationship with food and your body and live the life you deserve.
