My approach when working with clients is highly individualized. I meet you where YOU are and my role is to provide a safe space to explore the concerns, questions and thoughts. This work isn’t easy but it is so worth it and you will have me supporting you every step of the way.
I often meet with clients weekly or bi-weekly because It takes time to unlearn everything you have been told for years (if not decades!) Think of me as your supportive coach, guiding you through the challenges and cheering you on along the way. YOU are the expert of your body.
My work is rooted in Intuitive Eating, self-compassion and self-care. I help you challenge your negative and critical thoughts using curiosity and non-judgement. I provide you with the tools to help you relearn your natural body cues (hello hunger and fullness!), navigate challenging body image days and learn to enjoy food again without overthinking it!
